Eggless Mango Cake

Mango Cake

We have enjoyed many more Mango drinks, but we should try this Mango Cake this season.Sweet and very aromatic simple Mango cake.

I never tried cake like this before. But I want to give it a try and made Mnago Cake this season. This cake is very spongy, soft and really moist. It has Mango’s natural sweetness and flavor.

While this is getting baked in oven, my home is full of Mango aroma.I have added cardamom powder as we do it while making Mango Shrikhand or Aamras Puri.

But vanilla extract is also great flavor with Mango pulp.If you are not fan of cardamom, you can replace it with vanilla extract.

This is Eggless Mango cake, made from Sweetened Condensed milk , which gives very rich texture and flavor. Also, it acts like egg substitute.

For good quality of Mango Pulp, use Alphonso Mangoes.Even US and Canada Indian Grocery stores keep Alphonso Mangoes. If you can’t get it, any sweet or ripened Mango will work.

You can reserve some Mango puree to top on Eggless Mango Cake while servince. It looks just yummy and feels to grab and eat it.

Give it a try and Enjoy happiness of Mangoes in Baking version, too.
