I make Shengdana Ladoo very often, but forget to post and take its pictures.So, I had to add in a TO DO list.This is such a simple and tasty Ladoo recipe from Peanut.I also make different types of Peanut chutney and they taste great.These Peanut Ladoos are very easy to make and Upwas friendly Ladoo because I also eat them a lot on my fast days.

Shengdana Ladoo or Peanut Ladoo, is very simple Ladoo Recipe.My kids love eating these small Ladoos. I make them in small size, so they think this is fun to eat a small ball.After school, it is very good energetic snack item for kids. Jaggery/gudh being rich in iron and peanut is an excellent source of protein helps to fill the calories that kids loose all the time 🙂

We can add sugar instead of Jaggery. But Jaggery is always good option for these Ladoo. Jaggery with Peanuts is nice choice for health.These are highly recommended for anemic patients and for children who get lot of calories from this small item.Adding dry fruits makes it more rich in proteins.

Shengdana Ladoo | Peanut Ladoo

Very easy and simple Shengdana Ladoo or Peanut Ladoo recipe.Always a good snack for Kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted peanut
  • 1/2 cup grated Jaggery/ gudh/ gul
  • 1 tbsp mix Dryfruit powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter / ghee

Instructions

  • 1.Dry roast peanuts until light brown. Transfer them to a bowl. Let them cool down. Remove the peels and blow all the peels off.
  • 2.Grind the peanuts to get coarse peanut powder.(Do not make it too fine.)
  • 3.Take a bowl and mix roasted peanut powder with grated Jaggery.
  • 4.Add in dryfruit powder,cardamom powder and ghee.
  • 5.Mix it well and make a soft dough.
  • 6.Make a small Ladoos with hands.
