Jaggery/gudh being rich in iron and peanut is an excellent source of protein helps to fill the calories that kids loose all the time 🙂
We can add sugar instead of Jaggery. But Jaggery is always good option for these Ladoo. Jaggery with Peanuts is nice choice for health.These are highly recommended for anemic patients and for children who get lot of calories from this small item.Adding dry fruits makes it more rich in proteins.
