‘Shimla Mirchi chi bhaji‘ is very simple and quick vegetable from Green Capsicum or Simla Mirchi. Shimla Mirchi Bhaji or Dhobali Mirchi Bhaji is a Maharashtrian Recipe for a Capsicum vegetable preparation in the traditional style, using the Simla Mirchi and Besan as the main ingredients.
