When winter arrives and strawberries are in season, this is the perfect way to enjoy them. Strawberries can be enjoyed in many ways.We can eat strawberries as a snack.Also, they can be used in smoothies, juices, milkshake, and mocktails.They add a very nice decoration and flavor to baking items like cake, cupcake, cookies.

I like to make drinks from Strawberry like Strawberry milkshake, Strawberry LemonadeStrawberry Popsicles and much more.

Strawberries grow in bushes and are delicious seasonal fruits that also boost your health. Strawberries are often associated with a European fruit; however, they are popular throughout the world.

Mahabaleshwar, in India, is placed very famous for Strawberry farming.

They have lots of benefits :

  • maintains blood pressure
  • lower risk of arthritis
  • maintains the function of the nervous system
  • prevent heart disease and reduce cholesterol

I read about smoothies and learned that it is very good for breakfast as it is filling and can be mixed with any fruit flavors. So I made strawberry Smoothie this morning.Trust me, Milk and Strawberry can be a healthy and heavy breakfast.

If you don’t have fresh, you can use frozen strawberries. Strawberry smoothies are delicious, healthy, and a breeze to make. They can also be a fantastic party treat or a refreshing afternoon snack for kids.

You can also add one ripe banana and make a full breakfast with this single Strawberry Smoothie. For summer evenings, add a scoop of vanilla or strawberry ice cream in this smoothie and enjoy a chilled smoothie.
You could also serve Strawberry Smoothie as a chilled soup. Pour it into a hollowed-out pineapple or melon bowl, and top with a bit of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 10
  • Thick Yogurt(Curd) - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 3-4 tbsp sugar
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  •  

Instructions

  • 1.Chop the strawberries into chunks and blend it with milk to a smooth paste.
  •  
  • 2.Add sugar ,and yogurt/curd and blend it again to creamy consistency.
  • 3.Pour into serving glasses with ice cubes.
