It’s a Pav Bhaji Day …..Mumbai Style Pav Bhaji

I have made Mumbai Style Pav Bhaji lots of times and my family is always ready for Pav Bhaji anytime, any day and anywhere. It is famous as street food in India. Especially eating Pav Bhaji on Mumbai chaupati is fun.

I like the way they mash bhaji on the very big pan with lots of butter, then they roast pav on butter till it gets nice golden brown. And we get served with hot Mumbai style Pav bhaji.Eating Pavbhaji, looking at lovely sea waves, cool breeze, with lots of chat stalls, seeing kids making sand castles and people taking horse ride at the beach.Lovely experience !!!

The Mumbai style pav bhaji is an all-time favorite snack for all, including children, and it is the best way to load up their food with vegetables. My Kids just love Pav Bhaji.

I considered Pav Bhaji as the complete meal, at the same time it can be the snack.I have Pav Bhaji as a menu for all Birthday Parties of my kids.Kids always do the race of how many buns/Pav they have eaten.

It is very comfort food and filling, whenever I go shopping or market and feel hungry, I just want Pav Bhaji.

There is way, how to eat Pav Bhaji.Always top with the raw onions and fresh coriander leaves, squeeze a lemon on Bhaji, and forget yourself!

Pav means bun and Bhaji mean mashed vegetable from potato, carrot, green pepper, cauliflower with Pav Bhaji masala. I use Everest Pav Bhaji masala, it turned out like hotel’s Pav Bhaji.

I cant imagine Pav Bhaji without butter. Butter is the most important ingredient for Pav Bhaji. I know some diet conscious people won’t go for it, they can just skip butter on top of that.

This menu does not take time as a pressure cooker and good quality masher nowadays made our life very much better.

Hot Pav Bhaji with hot buns roasted on butter, it just yummmmm…!!!
