Rajma Salad | Kidney Bean Salad

Rajma Salad or Kidney Bean Salad is a very nutritious and healthy salad. Kidney Beans are very rich in protein and Iron. This salad is very filling because after eating this , we could not eat regular meal like roti or rice. So, this is very perfect for diet watchers.

We, me and my husband, have started looking at our diet little carefully , and thought of eating salads every evening for meal. We have just started diet, I am not sure how many days we could follow it 😉

I have mixed onion, cucumber, tomato in the salad dish. We can use many food like red pepper, yellow pepper, spinach, zucchini and many more. Whatever vegetables or fruits you want , you can mix it up with Kidney Bean.

It is very quick and easy recipe. Enjoy this salad at any lazy evening or ‘No Cooking Day’.

1 cup Boiled Rajma

1 Onion , chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp. Chat Masala
1/2 tsp. Cumin powder
1 tsp. Pepper Powder
Salt as needed
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

1.Cook Rajma in cooker with water till 2-3 whistles.
2.-Chop the onion, tomato, cucumber and coriander leaves.
3.Add all ingredients in a bowl with all spices and toss well.
