2 green chillies
salt ,as per taste
coriander leavse,for garnishing
for tadka:1 tsp ghee/butter

1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Method 1 :

Mix grated carrot, roasted peanut powder, lemon juice together in bowl.Add sugar, salt and chopped green chillies and tomatoes.Mix it well and garnish it with coriander leaves.
This is very simple method without tadka.
