2 cups split moong dal (soaked for 30-45 minutes)
1 inch ginger piece
2 -3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
oil /ghee to spread on dosa


1.Grind the soaked moong dal with ginger,green chillies,cumin, salt and little water. Use water to make consistency just like dosa batter.

2.Heat the tawa or pan. Drizzle some water and then put batter onto tawa. Spread it into thin round layer with big spoon.

3. Spread little ghee or olive oil on sides of dosa , so it will get nicely roasted till little brownish color and change to the other side.

4. Remove dosa into plate and sprinkle some water to make more dosas.

5. Serve with sambhar, coconut chutney or coriander chutney.
